Split vocals, drums,
and bass on your device.
Drop in a track, get clean stems back. Separation runs on your Mac, iPhone or iPad after a one-time model download you approve. No upload, no account, no subscription.
Take the mix apart.
Keep it private.
Ohm Split does one job: it pulls a finished song into its parts on the device you already own. Your unreleased mixes never touch a server, and the only thing it ever downloads is the separation model you asked for.
No upload step. None.
Separation runs on your own Mac, iPhone or iPad. Before the first split, Ohm Split installs its separation model once: you see the size before it starts and the progress while it arrives, and you can cancel. After that it needs no connection, so a split on a plane works the way it does at your desk.
Your mixes never leave the room.
No analytics, no telemetry, no account, and the app never sends crash reports: its crash logs stay on your Mac. The privacy manifest declares no tracking. The track you drop in and the stems that come out stay inside the app's own container and whatever folder you export to. Nothing is transmitted.
Stems stay full quality.
Every stem is saved as lossless WAV or FLAC. Sharing a stem as AAC or MP3 makes a new copy and never replaces the original, and nothing you export carries a watermark. The rights to the song you split stay with its owners.
Drop. Separate. Mix.
Two stems or four.
Your call.
Pick 2-stem (vocals and instrumental) or 4-stem (vocals, drums, bass and other). On Mac, an optional, experimental 6-stem model adds guitar and piano. The split runs on your own device and writes real audio files to disk. There is no upload and no server in the loop. The model installs once from the Separate screen; every split after that is offline.

A real mixer,
not a preview.
Every stem gets its own waveform, solo, mute, monitor and level, with live meters that hold their peaks. Pick any subset of stems and an Original lane plays everything you left out, so nothing goes silently missing. Undo and redo cover your mixer moves, and on Mac you can drag a loop region on the shared ruler, zoom in and fit it to the view.

Try the mixer below. Flip between a two-stem and four-stem split, press play, and ride solo, mute, and the level faders. It is a silent sketch of the surface Ohm Split gives you over the real separated audio.

Stems stay lossless WAV or FLAC. Export one stem, the whole set in one go, or a bounce of the mix exactly as you hear it: mute the vocal for an instrumental, solo it for an acapella. Share a stem or a bounce as AAC, or as MP3 where your device supports it, and the lossless originals are never replaced. Drop them into Logic, Ableton, or whatever you already run.

One job, done right.
Drop a track in.
Drop a WAV, MP3, FLAC or AIFF onto the window, or pick one. On Mac, drop several at once and they run as a queue. A built-in sample track lets you try the whole flow first.
Two-stem split.
Vocals and instrumental. The quickest route to an acapella or a backing track to sing over.
Four-stem split.
Vocals, drums, bass and other, written as real files you can drag anywhere.
Six stems on Mac.
An optional, experimental 6-stem model on Mac adds guitar and piano as lanes of their own.
A real mixer.
Solo, mute, monitor and level for every stem, live meters with peak hold, and undo and redo for your mixer moves.
Bounce what you hear.
Export the mix exactly as it plays: mute the vocal for an instrumental, solo it for an acapella. Share a stem or a bounce as AAC, or as MP3 where your device supports it.
Tempo and key on Mac.
Measured on your Mac. When a track is too ambiguous to call, Ohm Split shows a dash instead of guessing.
A download you approve.
The separation model installs once, when you ask for it. Press Separate before it is in and Ohm Split brings the install into view instead of an error.
Concrete claims,
no asterisks.
Pay once. Split forever.
Subscription stem services rent you separation by the month and run your audio through their servers. Ohm Split is a single purchase that covers your Mac, iPhone and iPad, with as many local splits as you like, because it all runs on hardware you already own. Buy once, keep splitting.

No. Separation runs on your device, and your files never leave it. There is no upload step, no account and no watermark on the output. The only download is the separation model, which you install once before your first split; after that, Ohm Split works with no connection.
LALAL.AI and Moises are cloud services that process your uploads on their servers and meter you by minutes or a subscription. Ohm Split separates on your own device for a one-time $9.99 purchase, with no upload and no limit on how many tracks you split.
