Get a cited résumé.
Bring the résumé you already have, add the posting, and Silo Apply drafts a tailored résumé in which every bullet must cite an accomplishment from your profile. A bullet with a number your evidence does not contain is rejected by code and never reaches the file.
Your record.
Your claims.
grounded · on-device by defaultA tailored résumé is only useful if you can defend every line of it in the interview. Silo Apply will not put a claim in the file that it cannot trace to an accomplishment you approved, and it does the work on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac unless you choose otherwise. Tailored to the role, grounded in your record.
Your record stays with you.
Profiles, postings, and drafts are stored on your device with no account. Devices with Apple Intelligence tailor with the model built into the system; every other device uses a deterministic engine that works offline. An optional key setting, off until you turn it on, is the only way your résumé and job text leave. In version 1.12.0 and earlier, spoken practice on iPhone and iPad can also send audio to Apple's speech recognition.
Every bullet must cite.
Each tailored bullet must cite at least one accomplishment from your profile, and code checks it. A number your cited evidence lacks is rejected, weak bullets wait for your approval before export, and grounding is re-checked after every edit you accept.

Import, screening, tracking, the story bank, and one tailored résumé you can read and copy cost nothing. The $24.99 Full Unlock is one purchase for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, with no subscription and no per-application fee.
Four moves, one profile.
import · screen · tailor · trackStart from the résumé you have.
Bring in a PDF, scanned PDF, image, RTF, or plain-text résumé. Text is extracted and recognized on the device, and you review, correct, or deselect each role and accomplishment before it becomes evidence. DOCX is not imported.
Know the fit before you write.
Every requirement in the posting is sorted into In this résumé, Available evidence, Partial evidence, or Real gap. A five-part fit score runs with a ghost-job and recruitment-scam check, and a posting rated high risk is marked Pass whatever its score.
Tailored, and provably grounded.
Silo Apply drafts each section, critiques it the way a screener for that kind of role would, and revises. Every bullet must cite an accomplishment from your profile; bullets that fail the check are left out and counted, never quietly kept.
Keep the search moving.
Follow each role from Saved to Closed with stage history, notes, next actions, and due dates. A STAR story bank is built from your own accomplishments, and each story stays linked to the evidence behind it.
Drafted, critiqued, revised.
adversarial · checked by codeYour evidence,
ranked to the role.
Silo Apply ranks your approved accomplishments against the posting, then drafts each section from that evidence. Nothing is invented to fill space: a bullet that cannot cite your profile is left out and counted, so you can see what the draft could not support.

The recruiter reads it
before they do.
Silo Apply picks the screener the role implies (a frontier-lab recruiter reads differently than a defense program lead), critiques the draft in that voice, and revises. It stops when that screener would forward the draft, when the pass budget runs out, or when a second critique raises nothing new.

The model suggests.
The check decides.
The critique is advisory. Code decides: every citation is verified, any number missing from its cited evidence is rejected, and weak grounding waits for your approval. A language check blocks em dashes, marketing clichés, self-awarded titles, and text aimed at an automated screener, and flags weak openers, first person, and repeated openers for the next revision without deleting your evidence.

Every bullet shows its work.

iPhone · iPad · MacImport your résumé locally.
PDF, scanned PDF, image, RTF, or plain text, read on the device. Import résumé leads the empty Tailor screen, and on Mac, File > Import Résumé… (Shift-Command-O) opens it from anywhere. DOCX is intentionally not imported.
Approve every fact.
Each proposed role and accomplishment is tied to its exact span in the extracted text. You select, correct, or deselect it before it can be cited, so nothing enters your profile on the parser's word alone.
See the fit, then the rule.
The fit tier is computed from the requirement table by a fixed rule, and the fit sheet shows the counts behind it. Partial evidence sends you to your profile to add it yourself; nothing is added for you.
Catch a bad posting.
Once your profile holds an accomplishment, screening checks the posting for upfront fees, requests for personal data, MLM pitches, and off-platform contact, and quotes the exact phrase each flag matched.
Export files a parser can read.
With Full Unlock, create a DOCX, a single-column PDF whose text an applicant tracking system can read, matching résumé Markdown, and a separate preparation file. Mac saves through a save panel; iPhone and iPad use the share sheet.
Check facts, not a fake score.
Readiness reports concrete results: PDF text extraction, reading order, page count, role dates, standard sections, keyword coverage, linter findings, and provenance state. There is no universal ATS percentage.
Practice for this role.
Questions come from the posting you captured. Type or paste an answer on any device; on iPhone and iPad you can also record one, transcribed on the device with the audio discarded. Full Unlock saves feedback and attempt history.
Compare offers, then ask.
Put offers side by side and get negotiation scripts that show the four-year dollar impact of each ask. Offer modeling, cover letters, and application insights are part of Full Unlock.
Move your profile yourself.
Export an encrypted copy of your profile, protected by a passphrase of at least 12 characters, and AirDrop it to your other device. No server, no account, and no iCloud sync of your profile.
